Stakeholder Map:

In the initial stages of the, it was vital to understand which stakeholders were of the utmost importance to the success of the project. A stakeholder map allowed us to gain an understanding of the influence these individuals would have on the project and the connections that could be made, through a visual representation.
Two of our most important stakeholders had been established, the earth and the community. By identifying these stakeholders it presented us with the chance to put their considerations at the forefront of every task that we completed within the project. Through meeting the needs of our most important stakeholders enabled us to ensure that we not only stay aligned to our core values and time was not wasted pursuing the interest of less valuable individuals regarding the success of the project.

7 P's Marketing Model - Bitner, M. J. and Booms, H. (1981). Marketing Strategies and Organization: Structure for Service Firms
